The lifting height, amplitude, lifting weight and other performance parameters should be taken into account when selecting auxiliary lifting equipment to meet the requirements of tower crane installation and disassembly.

Before the installation and disassembly work, the favorable working position of auxiliary hoisting equipment shall be selected according to the situation of the installation and disassembly site of the tower crane.

When the tower crane is disassembled, if the jack-up tower crane has conditions, it should lower the section by itself to make the tower crane to the lowest position, and then choose the auxiliary lifting equipment to dismantle.

1. The tower crane driver and signal personnel must pass the physical examination, have no diseases or physiological defects that hinder the operation, pass the training, and work with valid certificates. Lifting workers must wear safety protective equipment.

2. Before the operation, the driver must be familiar with thesafety technical regulations for the use of construction machinery. be familiar with the mechanical performance of the tower crane, its specification and relevant regulations .

3. The driver can't start operation until he gets clear signal from the command personnel. Ring the bell to signal before the operation.

4. Each shift of the tower crane shall have two drivers, one for operation and the other for ground monitoring to prevent accidents.

Operators should focus on correct operation and pay attention to the working condition of the machine in the process of operation. They are not allowed to leave their posts or hand over the machine to other unlicensed personnel for operation. Drivers are not allowed to work with excessive fatigue due to illness.

Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited to enter the operation area or operation room.

5. There should be enough working area for tower crane operation. There should be no obstacles for lifting boom and turning radius.

6. For tower cranes with multiple shifts, the shift shifting system shall be implemented and the shift shifting record shall be filled in carefully

The successor may not start the work until he has been checked and confirmed to be correct. Every day, the driver and the commanding staff should carefully complete the tower crane operation shift record table after work.

7. During the shift, the driver shall not leave his/her post without permission. It is necessary to leave the operation room. In case of sudden interruption of power supply during work, when there is a heavy object hanging on the hook, the brake should be used repeatedly to loosen and tighten it slightly so that the heavy object can be lowered to a safe area slowly.

Before working again, check whether the lifting action and direction are normal.

8. When the wire rope is hung properly and the lifting hook and wire rope is tightened, the operator shall immediately stay away from the lifting weight.

9. The lifting and landing speed of the tower crane should be even, and the left-right rotation should be stable. Fast, slow and sudden braking are strictly prohibited. When the rotation is not stopped, do not make the reverse action.
