Maintenance system for tower crane metal structure parts, steel wire rope, mechanical parts and slewing support devices

Tower crane wire rope and its maintenance

1. During the use of the wire rope, prevent the wire rope from looping, kinking, bending or sticking to sundries, and prevent friction with machinery or other sundries.2. After the tower crane is installed (before use), lubricate the steel wire rope with graphite grease, and then lubricate the steel wire rope according to the crane lubrication table.

3. The overall design of tower crane does not allow the steel wire rope to have an indefinite life, and it shall be scrapped under any of the following circumstances:

A. Wire rope 6 19 -- d(d wire rope diameter) has more than 5 broken wires in the length of 6d and more than 10 broken wires in the length of 30d.

B. Wire rope 6 37-d (d wire rope diameter) has more than 10 broken wires in the length of 6d, and more than 19 broken wires in the length of 30d.

C. The steel wire ropes should be scrapped even if the number of broken wires does not exceed 5 within the 6d length.

D. Although the wire rope does not break, the wear of the wire rope reaches 40% of its diameter, or the wire rope decreases by 7% or more relative to the nominal diameter, or the wire rope is obviously bent.

E. The steel wire rope loses its normal shape and produces deformities, such as wave, cage distortion, rope strand extrusion, steel wire extrusion, partial enlargement of rope diameter, kinking, partial reduction of rope diameter, partial flattening and bending.

F. F. The wire rope diameter is subjected to special thermal effects, when the external color can be recognized. Note: when lifting molten or hot metal, acid solution, explosive and inflammable materials, the scrap amount of broken wire of wire rope will be halved.

Maintenance of tower crane slewing support device

(1) the mounting support of the slewing bearing (the seat on the lower surface of the supporting ring and the seat on the upper surface of the inner ring) must be rigid enough, and the mounting surface must be smooth.

Before assembling the slewing bearing, the bearing should be de-stressed to reduce the deformation of the slewing bearing. The contact surface between the support and the slewing support must be cleaned during assembly.

(2) pay attention to the change of noise and the change of rotary resistance moment in use, and disassemble and inspect if there is any abnormal phenomenon.

(3) the slewing support must be hoisted or stored horizontally, but not vertically to avoid deformation.

(4) before the bolt is completely tightened, the meshing inspection of the gear shall be carried out, and the meshing condition shall meet the requirements of the gear accuracy.

That is, the contact spots distributed on the tooth surface of the gear pair after running under slight braking shall be no less than 25% in the direction of the tooth height and no less than 30% in the direction of the tooth length.

(5) for 10 shifts of tooth surface work, debris shall be removed once and grease shall be re-applied.

(6) in order to ensure the reliability of bolt work and avoid the insufficient pre-tightening force of bolts, the pre-tightening torque of bolts should be checked respectively when the first 100 hours and 500 hours after the rotary bearing works.

After that, the pre-tightening torque should be checked every 1000 hours.

(7) high strength bolts and nuts are used to connect the slewing support; Use double nuts to tighten and prevent loose.

(8) when tightening the nut, the thread of the bolt and the end face of the nut shall be lubricated, and the torque wrench shall be used to tighten the nut in a circular direction in a symmetrical and uniform way for many times. When tightening for the last time, the pre-tightening torque on each bolt should be roughly uniform.

(9) four oil cups are distributed on the upper surface of the gear ring of the slewing support and aligned with the raceway, so as to add lubricating grease to the raceway.

In general, the slewing bearing is lubricated once every 50 hours. Add enough oil each time until the oil oozes from the seal.

Maintenance and repair of mechanical part of tower crane

1. Daily maintenance

(1) regularly keep all institutions clean and timely sweep all parts of the dust

(2) check the oil quantity of each reducer, if it is lower than the specified oil level, add oil in time

(3) check whether the air plug of each reducer can exhaust freely. If it is blocked, it should be dredged in time

(4) check the efficiency of each brake, if not sensitive and reliable should be adjusted in time

(5) check the bolts at each connection, and tighten and supplement them in time if they become loose or fall off

(6) check various safety devices, and adjust in time if failure is found

(7) inspect the steel wire rope and pulley of each part. If excessive wear is found, it shall be dealt with in time

(8) check the lubrication of each lubrication part and add grease in time.

2. Minor repair (after the tower crane works for 1000 hours)

(1) carry out daily maintenance work

(2) disassemble, inspect and clean the gear of the reducer, and adjust the tooth clearance

(3) clean the open transmission gear, and apply grease after adjustment

(4) check and adjust the slewing supporting device

(5) check and adjust brakes and safety devices(6) inspect the abrasion of the hook, pulley and wire rope, and adjust, repair and change if necessary.

3. Medium repair (after the tower crane works for 4000 hours)

(1) carrying out various minor repairs;

(2) repair or change the damaged parts of each coupling;

(3) repair or replace the brake shoe;

(4) replace wire rope and pulley;

(5) check the connection bolts of the slewing supporting part and replace them if necessary.

(6) rust removal and painting.

4. Overhaul (after the tower crane works for 8000 hours)

(1) carry out minor and medium repairs;

(2) repair or replace brake wheels and brakes;

(3) repair or replace reducer assembly;

(4) repair or replace the slewing support assembly.

Maintenance of other main components of tower crane

1. Brake parts shall be scrapped under any of the following circumstances:

(1) crack

(2) the wear amount of friction liner of brake block reaches 50% of the thickness of raw material

(3) the surface wear of the brake wheel is up to 5mm ~2mm

(4) the spring appears plastic deformation

(5) the empty stroke of the lever system exceeds its rated stroke by about 10%.

2. It is forbidden to repair welding the hook, and it shall be scrapped under any of the following circumstances

(1) observe surface cracks and cracks with a 20-fold magnifying glass

(2) the hook tail and thread parts and other dangerous sections and the hook bar have permanent deformation

(3) the wear amount of the section at the rope suspension exceeds 10% of the original height

(4) the wear amount of the mandrel exceeds 5% of its diameter

(5) the opening degree is 15% higher than the original size.

3. The rollers and pulleys shall be scrapped under any of the following circumstances

(1) crack and rim damage

(2) the wall wear of the drum reaches 10% of the original wall thickness

(3) the wear amount at the bottom of pulley rope groove exceeds 25% of the diameter of the corresponding steel wire rope.

4. Wheels shall be scrapped if

(1) crack

(2) the wear amount of wheel tread thickness reaches 15% of the original thickness

(3) the wear amount of wheel rim thickness reaches 50% of the original thickness.

5. The tower crane driver must always check the sensitivity and effectiveness of the safety limiter. If the fault is found, it shall be adjusted or repaired in time.
